titleOfInvention Method for olefin hydroformylation reaction using solid heterogeneous catalyst
abstract The present invention relates to a method for an olefin hydroformylation reaction, characterized in that the method uses a solid heterogeneous catalyst consisting of a metal component and an organic ligand polymer having a hierarchical pore structure, wherein the metal component is one or more of metals Rh, Ir or Co, the organic ligand polymer is a polymer produced after the polymerization of an organic ligand monomer comprising P, an alkylene group and optionally N, and, in the solid heterogeneous catalyst, the metal component and the P atom or N in the backbone of the organic ligand polymer form a coordinate bond and present in the state of mono-atomic dispersion. The method comprises subjecting olefin raw materials and a CO/H 2 mixture gas to the olefin hydroformylation reaction in the presence of the solid heterogeneous catalyst in a reactor. The method uses a new solid heterogeneous catalyst, the reaction process and device are simple, the hydroformylation performance of the catalyst is stable, the activity and yield are high, and thus the method has prospects of wide industrial application.
