abstract |
Suggested is a new shuttle vector (p6apra) with resistance to apramycin obtainable in that shuttle vector pRLE6 of E.coli-Amycolatopsis (a) is subjected to digestion with a suitable endonuclease (Smal, Xmal) to remove the npt gene from said vector or the vector backbone is amplified by inverse PCR without the npt gene and (b) the apramycin resistance gene aac(3)VI is inserted into the vector backbone by ligation. And also 4 new expression vectors obtained therefrom. |
