| abstract | Embodiments of the present invention provide a processing method and terminal for providing health support for users. The method comprises: a second terminal acquiring an event message of a first terminal user according to a first message of a first terminal, the first message being used for reflecting health information of the first terminal user, and the event message comprising a health event of the first terminal user, the level of the health event, and processing suggestions for the health event; the second terminal parsing the event message to acquire the level of the health event; and the second terminal determining, according to the level of the health event, a processing interface corresponding to the level of the health event, and presenting the event message to a second terminal user by means of the processing interface. Whereby, the second terminal user can understand the current health condition of the first terminal user more accurately. Moreover, the second terminal presents different processing interfaces depending on the level of the health event, and can assist the second terminal user in processing health emergency events in real time. |
