abstract | The present invention relates to an antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive protection film, comprising a substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer applied on the substrate and having an antistatic function, the antistatic function of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer being implemented by adding an antistatic combination to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, where the antistatic combination comprises an electrolyte-based polymer conductive substance and a nanowire conductive material for combined use. The protection film is prepared by using the following method: surface immersion pretreatment of a nanowire is performed in a dispersant, to enable a layer of the dispersant to adhere on the surface of the nanowire; the separated nanowire is dispersed in an electrolyte-based polymer conductive substance, to form an antistatic combination; an organic silicon-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is added to a solvent, stirring is performed, a cross-linking agent and the combination are added in order, and stirring is performed; and a product is applied and cured on a substrate to obtain an antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive protection film. In the present invention, a characteristic that two types of antistatic materials have a combined effect in a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of a protection film is used, a maximum antistatic effect may be implemented with a very small amount of addition, and a stripping force of a protection film is not affected and no residue occurs after stripping. |
