abstract | A method for preparing aza graphene and nanometer metal graphene by using a solid phase cracking method comprises the following steps: a) using a phthalocyanine compound, a phthalocyanine polymer, and a derivative thereof as starting raw materials, which are directly used with no raw material purification processing; and b) performing cracking in an atmosphere furnace under the protection of a reaction protection gas with reference to thermo chemical features of the raw materials by using a temperature programmed method under the action of a metal catalyst or with no catalyst, to obtain a final aza graphene and nanometer metal graphene material. |
