titleOfInvention Data transmission method, apparatus and system
abstract An embodiment of the present invention provides a data transmission method, and the method is executed by a first node of a communications system. The communications system also comprises a third node and a second node. The communications system can carry out communication by using a first network and a second network. The first node is a station of the first node, the third node is an access control device of the first network. The second node is a station of the second network. The first node is provided with a first protocol stack and a second protocol stack. The first protocol stack comprises a protocol stack for communication between a user equipment of the first network and the access control device of the first network. The second protocol stack comprises a protocol stack for communication between a user equipment of the second network and the station of the second network. The method comprises: a first node sending transmission request information to a second node; and the first node transmitting, by means of a first protocol stack and a second protocol stack, data of a target user equipment between a third node and the target user equipment through the second node.
