titleOfInvention Fluorescent observation device
abstract The present invention has a simple configuration, minimizes discoloration of fluorescent pigment, prevents saturation of a white-light image signal, and ensures a sufficient quantity of fluorescent light. This fluorescent observation device is provided with: a light source means (10) for outputting white light and excitation light from a single light-emitting part that simultaneously emits white light and excitation light; a light-guiding means (32) for simultaneously irradiating a device under test with the outputted white light and excitation light; a white light imaging means (41) for acquiring a white light image from light returning from the device under test; and a fluorescent light imaging means (42) for acquiring a fluorescent light image of fluorescent light produced by the device under test, the fluorescent observation device also having an illuminating light filter which is arranged between the light-emitting part and the output end of the white light and the excitation light, and which satisfies the following conditional expression. Pf (λw) < PF (λe) … (1), where Pf (λw) and PF (λe) are the optical transmittance of the illuminating light filter at a wavelength (λw) in the white light band and at a wavelength (λe) in the excitation light band.
