abstract The present invention provides a method and device for communication scheduling, relates to the field of communication, can fully implement interference coordination of a terminal at edge junction, and therefore improves communication quality and finally improves the use experience of a user. The method includes: a small base station controller obtains scheduling information transmitted by a small base station, further determines a scheduling scheme according to the scheduling information, and finally the small base station controller sends the scheduling scheme to the small base station, so that the small base station can execute the scheduling scheme. The present invention is used to reduce the impact on the interference coordination of the terminal at the cell edge junction.
