The invention relates to a process for producing aviation biofuel from microalgal biomass, by processing in an integrated system, in several steps, characterized in that in the first step the microalgal biomass is extracted in an ultrasound extractor with a solvent, the microalgal oil is treated with methanol and with a super- acid solid catalyst. The previously delipidized biomass is treated under stirring with hydrochloric acid 37%, and the obtained 5-chloromethylfurfural is extracted in toluene, toluene is removed by distillation from the 5-chloromethylfurfural solution, which subsequently is treated with methanol at the ambient temperature, obtaining, after removing the excess methanol, 5-methoxymethylfurfural, which is condensed with acetone, resulting in an aldolic condensate, which is mixed with the reaction product of the previously prepared methyl esters of fatty acids, and the mixture of aldolic condensate and hydrogenated and hydrocracked methyl esters of fatty acids is subjected to the hydrodeoxygenation and then hydroisomerization resulting in a mixture of n/isoalkanes, from which a fraction with the boiling point range of 145-275°C is separated by rectification to produce the aviation biofuel. |
