titleOfInvention Conductive structure and manufacturing method therefor
abstract The present specification relates to an invention for improving the concealing properties of a conductive layer by improving absorbency and preventing reflection by the conductive layer without impacting upon the conductivity of same. To this end, the conductive structure according to the present invention comprises a substrate, a conductive layer, and a darkened layer that is provided on one surface of the conductive layer, the darkened layer comprising a copper and nitrogen oxide represented by CU x O y N 2 .
