The present invention is a sheet-like article which comprises a fibrous base composed of ultrafine fibers and a polyurethane resin described below. The polyurethane resin has a structure derived from a polymer polyol, and the structure derived from a polymer polyol contains a structure derived from a polycarbonate polyol. The polyurethane resin satisfies (I)-(III) described below or (I), (II) and (IV) described below.n(I) Each molecule of the polyurethane resin contains a carbonate bond and an ether bond and/or an ester bond.n(II) The total of urethane groups and urea groups in the polyurethane resin is 7-11% by mass.n(III) From 80% by mass to 100% by mass of the polycarbonate polyol providing the structure derived from a polycarbonate polyol is a polycarbonate polyol having a melting point of 20°C or less.n(IV) From 80% by mass to 100% by mass of the polycarbonate polyol providing the structure derived from a polycarbonate polyol is a polycarbonate polyol obtained by copolymerizing two or more polyhydric alcohols having different carbon skeletons. |
