abstract According to one embodiment of the present invention, an organic EL device (1) is provided with: light emitting element sections (3), each of which has light transmissive anode (32a), organic light emitting layer (33), and cathode (32b), which are provided on a transparent base film (31); a transparent supporting substrate (2) having the light emitting element sections (3) disposed thereon; a plurality of auxiliary electrodes (6), which are formed by being spaced apart from each other on the transparent supporting substrate (2), and each of which is electrically connected to the anode (32a) of each of the light emitting element sections (3); a terminal electrode, which is formed on the transparent supporting substrate (2), and which is electrically connected to the cathode (32b) of each of the light emitting element sections (3); and a color conversion filter layer (9), which is disposed on the transparent base film (31) or the transparent supporting substrate (2), and which outputs light by converting the color of light emitted from the light emitting element sections (3).
