A heat sink which is characterized by being composed of a base part that is in contact with a heat generator and a heat dissipation part that dissipates the heat from the heat generator received by the base part, and which is also characterized in that the base part comprises at least one metal layer and the heat dissipation part comprises a laminate that is obtained by laminating a metal layer and a graphite layer with an adhesive layer being interposed therebetween, said adhesive layer being formed using a composition containing a polyvinyl acetal resin. Alternatively, a heat sink for dissipating heat from a heat generator, which is characterized by comprising a laminate that is obtained by laminating a metal layer and a graphite layer with an adhesive layer being interposed therebetween, said adhesive layer being formed using a composition containing a polyvinyl acetal resin, and which is also characterized by being arranged so as to cover the heat generator. |
