titleOfInvention | Use of irisin in preparation of drug for preventing myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury |
abstract | Disclosed in the present invention is the use of irisin in the preparation of a drug for preventing myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. Experimental results show that irisin can reduce a ischemia reperfusion-induced myocardial infarct area, reduce the increase in myocardial enzyme markers such as lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), troponin (cTnI) and creatine kinase (CK) caused by ischemia reperfusion while reducing the inflammatory response, myocardial apoptosis and oxidative stress induced by myocardial ischemia reperfusion, and promote the nuclear translocation of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor Y and inhibit the nuclear translocation of the nuclear transcription factor NF-κΒ, thus weakening myocardial structural injuries and increasing loads induced by myocardial ischemia reperfusion; therefore, it can be used in the prevention and mitigation of myocardial reperfusion injuries, and has an important clinical significance for the treatment of myocardial ischemia. |
