abstract | An ultraviolet detection device (40) based on organic p-n junctions (43) and an ultraviolet image detector using the device. The ultraviolet detection device (40) based on organic p-n junctions (43) comprises: an active glass substrate (42) and an encapsulating glass substrate (44) which are oppositely arranged, a plurality of organic p-n junctions (43) which are arranged between the active glass substrate (42) and the encapsulating glass substrate (44), and encapsulating materials (48) which are arranged in peripheral edge regions of the active glass substrate (42) and the encapsulating glass substrate (44), wherein the organic p-n junctions (43) are distributed on the active glass substrate (42) in the manner of a matrix. The ultraviolet detection device (40) based on organic p-n junctions (43) and the ultraviolet image detector using the device have the advantages of a simple manufacturing process, low production cost, cheap raw materials, wide varieties and extensive sources, and can be prepared through chemosynthesis; and moreover, the ultraviolet detection device (40) is simple in structure, small in volume and light in weight, and can be prepared on a flexible substrate, so that the wide angle of shooting can be increased. |
