The disclosure relates to methods for the intra-amniotic administration of ectodysplasin A (EDA) agonists, in particular EDI200. Use of the methods described allow for the design of targeted therapeutic dosing and administration regimens in order to correct or alter abnormal phenotypes associated with ectodermal dysplasias, in particular, X-linked hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia (XLHED). |
