The invention relates to an analysis unit (100) for carrying out a polymerase chain reaction, wherein the analysis unit (100) comprises a lid element (130) with at least one lid recess (135) and a base element (150) with at least one base recess (152), wherein the base recess (152) is arranged opposite the lid recess (135) in order to form a reaction chamber (110). The analysis unit (100) further comprises a film (140) which is arranged, at least in the region of the lid recess (135), between the lid element (130) and the base element (150). The analysis unit (100) also comprises at least one channel (160a, 160b) which is formed between the lid element (130) and the base element (150) for channeling a fluid into and/or out of the base recess (152) of the reaction chamber (110). Finally, the analysis unit (100) comprises a probe carrier (155) which is arranged in the base recess (152) and which comprises at least one indicator material as the probe (157), for identifying a biochemical material, wherein the indicator material on the probe carrier (155) is in a solid aggregate state. |
