titleOfInvention Nucleic acid aptamer capable of specifically binding to tebuconazole, mefenacet, and inabenfide, and use therof
abstract The present invention relates to a nucleic acid aptamer that can specifically bind to tebuconazole, mefenacet, and inabenfide, and use therof and, more particularly, to a nucleic acid aptamer that can specifically bind to an infinitesimal amount of tebuconazole, mefenacet, and inabenfide as well, and a method of detecting and separating tebuconazole, mefenacet, and inabenfide using the same. The nucleic acid aptamer that can specifically bind to tebuconazole, mefenacet, and inabenfide, according to the present invention, has an advantage of making it possible to detect and separate tebuconazole, mefenacet, and inabenfide, which infinitesimally exist in a specimen including food, so that the nucleic acid aptamer is effective for detecting and removing tebuconazole, mefenacet, and inabenfide that are difficult to detect in the related art. In addition, a method and kit for detecting tebuconazole, mefenacet, and inabenfide using the aptamer according to the present invention is advantageous in improving economical efficiency due to the use of an aptamer that can be produced at lower cost and is very useful since there is no need for developing respective aptamers for several targets.
