titleOfInvention | Plant constitutive and high expression recombinant promoter |
abstract | The present invention relates to a plant constitutive and high expression recombinant promoter having a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, and including ibAGP1 promoter and SRD1 promoter linked to each other; to a plant constitutive and high expression vector comprising the promoter; and to a method for expressing an exotic gene in all tissues in a plant using the vector. The plant constitutive and high expression promoter of the present invention induces high expression of an exotic gene in all tissues of the Dicotyledoneae. Therefore, the present invention is useful in selecting transformants using an antibiotic or herbicide resistant gene when the transformant is manufactured, and developing transgenic plants producing useful materials for medical and industrial purposes. |
