An automatic machine (1) for preparing beverages, such as espresso coffee, cappuccino and the like, comprising a water reservoir (3), a pump (20), a heating unit (5), a flow meter (4) interposed between the water reservoir (3) and the pump (20), and an infusion assembly (8) for accommodating capsules or pods (14) for preparing beverages, and further comprising means (7, 9, 11, 15, 16) for dispensing hot water in jets, for the emulsion of milk contained in a vessel (12) that is adapted to be arranged below the dispensing opening (10) of the machine. |
