| abstract | A flame-retardant fireproof veneered calcium silicate board is a complex structure with three layers of materials. A first layer (1) of material and a third layer (3) of material are wood veneers, and a second layer (2) of material is a calcium silicate board. The first-layer (1) wood veneer and the third-layer (3) wood veneer are seamlessly adhered on two sides of the second-layer (2) calcium silicate board separately. One hand, the calcium silicate board having two sides adhered with the wood veneers inherits excellent fire-retardant, fireproof, energy-saving and environmental-protection properties of the calcium silicate board, and on the other hand, the surface texture of the wood veneers increases beauty of the whole calcium silicate board; and the calcium silicate board is easy to sculpt, can be applied to furniture, floorboards, cabinets and other fields, has multiple functions of being waterproof, flame retardant, not easy to deform and easy to move; in addition, needs low manufacturing cost, and effectively prevents the defect that the formaldehyde content of traditional furniture exceeds a standard. |
