A thermoplastic polymer composition containing, in a ratio satisfying equations (1) through (3),: an aromatic vinyl-based block copolymer (a-1) having a number-average molecular weight of 30,000-200,000 and containing a polymer block (F) having structural units derived from an aromatic vinyl-based monomer as a primary component thereof, and a hydrogenated or non-hydrogenated polymer block (G) having structural units derived from a conjugated diene monomer or an isobutylene monomer as a primary component thereof; an acrylic-based polymer (a-2); an olefin-based polymer containing polar groups (a-3); and a softener (a-4). (1): 0.05 ≤ W (a-2) /W (a-1) ≤ 9; (2): 0.1 < W (a-3) /(W (a-1) + W (a-2) + W (a-3) + W (a-4) ) ≤ 0.9; (3): 0 ≤ W (a-4) /(W (a-1) + W (a-2) + W (a-3) + W (a-4) ) ≤ 0.5 (In the equations, W (a-1) , W (a-2) , W (a-3) , and W (a-4) represent the content (in terms of mass) of the aromatic vinyl-based block copolymer (a-1), the acrylic-based polymer (a-2), the olefin-based polymer (a-3) containing polar groups, and the softener (a-4), respectively, in the thermoplastic polymer composition. |
