abstract The object of the present invention is a method for obtaining an injectable hydrogel based on hyaluronic acid containing lidocaine hydrochloride added in a powder or solution form, and an alkaline agent, sterilized with heat, having hyaluronic acid concentration and flow properties, equivalent to those of the corresponding hydrogel based on hyaluronic acid not containing any lidocaine hydrochloride. The present invention also relates to various uses of the aforementioned hydrogel.
