abstract |
Provided is a disease analysis device in which an image acquisition unit (2020) acquires an analysis image. The analysis image is an image in which a plurality of cell nuclei from a subject that exhibit pathological change are captured. A feature amount calculation unit (2040) calculates a feature amount that relates to the cell nuclei from the analysis image. An evaluation function acquisition unit (2060) acquires an evaluation function from an evaluation function storage unit (10). The evaluation function is a function for calculating prediction information on the basis of a feature amount. A prediction information generation unit (2080) generates prediction information that relates to the subject on the basis of the feature amount that is calculated from the analysis image and the evaluation function that is acquired by the evaluation function acquisition unit (2060). The prediction information is information indicating a prediction of prognosis for the disease of the subject or a malignancy prediction regarding the disease of the subject. |
