abstract Provided are: an active-energy-ray-curable composition that demonstrates high curability when used in printing ink and that has excellent suitability for emulsification and offset printing; an active-energy-ray-curable printing ink that combines excellent curability, emulsifiability, and suitability for offset printing; and printed matter that uses the active-energy-ray-curable printing ink. Specifically, an active-energy-ray-curable resin composition characterized in that said composition is obtained by reacting an epoxy resin (A), an acid anhydride (C), and a monocarboxylic acid (B) having a polymerizable unsaturated group, and has an acid value of 5.0 mg KOH/g or less and a hydroxyl value of 180 mg KOH/g or less, said composition being used as a resin component for printing ink.
