titleOfInvention | Pharmaceutical composition for dental pulp regenerative therapy and apexification therapy, comprising prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor or histone deacetylase inhibitor, and antibiotics, and synthetic polymer nanofiber mesh comprising composition |
abstract | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for dental pulp regenerative therapy, comprising: at least one selected from prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor and histone deacetylase inhibitor; and antibiotics. The pharmaceutical composition for dental pulp regenerative therapy and apexification, comprising prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor and/or histone deacetylase inhibitor and antibiotics, and the synthetic polymer nanofiber mesh comprising the composition, of the present application, inhibit and alleviate inflammation caused by bacterial infection and simultaneously induce dental pulp regeneration and formation of root apex through revascularization of dental pulp tissues, and thus can be used for effective dental pulp regenerative therapy and apexification. |
