abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new analytical method which renders simple analysis for 3-hydroxyproline possible.nA sample to be examined is analyzed for 3-hydroxyproline through the following steps (s1) to (s3):n(s1) a dehydration step in which the 3-hydroxyproline contained in the sample to be examined is dehydrated into Δ 1 -pyrroline-2-carboxylic acid by the action of a 3-hydroxyproline dehydratase;n(s2) a reduction step in which the Δ 1 -pyrroline-2-carboxylic acid obtained in step (s1) is hydrogenated by the action of a Δ 1 -pyrroline-2-carboxylic acid reductase; andn(s3) an analysis step in which the reduction reaction in step (s2) is analyzed. |
