titleOfInvention Ceramic substrate for electrochemical element, method for manufacturing same, fuel cell, and fuel cell stack
abstract Provided is a ceramic substrate for an electrochemical element that is unlikely to be destroyed when subjected to thermal or mechanical stress. A ceramic substrate for an electrochemical element provided with a ceramic layer (11a), and a high-thermal-expansion-coefficient material layer (11b) layered on the surface of the ceramics layer (11a) and having a higher thermal expansion coefficient than the ceramic layer (11a), compression stress being applied to the ceramic layer (11a) by the high-thermal-expansion-coefficient material layer (11b).
