The pixel unit (02) is divided into a transmission region (24) and a reflection region (25). A reflection structure (251) used for reflecting light rays is arranged in the reflection region (25), and the reflection structure (251) is provided with a reflection layer (20) which is arranged in the same layer as a drain electrode (221) of a TFT (22). |
