abstract An array substrate, method for manufacture thereof and display device, used for manufacturing a half-reflection half-transmission TFT-LCD, feature simplification of process, improvement of production efficiency and reduction of production cost. The array substrate comprises: pixel units (02) defined by grid lines (10) and data lines (11) in an intersection mode. The pixel unit (02) is divided into a transmission region (24) and a reflection region (25). A reflection structure (251) used for reflecting light rays is arranged in the reflection region (25), and the reflection structure (251) is provided with a reflection layer (20) which is arranged in the same layer as a drain electrode (221) of a TFT (22).
