abstract |
The invention relates to a processing machine (20) for restoring a used turbine blade, a used impeller or a used blisk, having the following features: two opposite handling units (24, 28) having holding elements for a component positioned in between; a movable processing unit (32) having a tool-head receiving unit (38) which is configured such that a milling head (40) for machining the component (54) is dockable with the tool-head receiving unit (38), and such that a laser welding head (48) for laser build-up welding on the component (54) is dockable with the tool-head receiving unit (38), and so material is able to be applied to locations on the component (54) at which material is lacking, wherein the movable processing unit (32) has the following elements: a Y base slide unit (34) which is displaceable with respect to a machine base frame (22) along a Y axis, a Z base slide unit (36) which is displaceable with respect to the Y base slide unit (34) along a Z axis, and wherein the tool-head receiving unit (38) is mounted in a rotatable manner on the Z base slide unit (36) and is configured to be rotatable about a B axis which is located parallel to the Y axis of the Y base slide unit (34). |
