Provided are a modified nano-silica and a preparation method therefor, a pigment dispersion, and a photosensitive resin composition, which belong to the field of material technologies and can solve the problems that the existing nano-silica particles cannot mutually crosslink with other macromolecular substances and the pigment dispersion is easily aggregated and has a poor film-forming property. The surface of the modified nano-silica according to the present invention is grafted with unsaturated double bonds, which can crosslink with other macromolecular substances so as to effectively prevent the pigment dispersion containing the nano-silica from aggregation and impart same with a good film-forming property. The film layer prepared from the photosensitive resin composition containing the pigment dispersion has a small thermal expansion and controlled shrinkage and collapse on the film surface, and the heat resistance, the fusion resistance, the mechanical properties and the friction resistance of the film can be enhanced. |
