abstract An inorganic cured foam material for surface leaking stoppage in shallow coal seam mining areas and a preparation method thereof. The leaking-stoppage cured foam comprises water, coal ash, slaked lime, cement, ox horn powder, aluminium powder, copper oxide, polyphosphoric acid, aluminium hydroxide, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, and steel fibres. The preparation method comprises coal ash, cement, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,steel fibres and slaked lime being added into water to form a coal ash base slurry; an ox horn powder is added into a small amount of water to form a prefabricated viscous liquid under stirring, and the coal ash base slurry and the prefabricated viscous liquid are fully stirred to form a mixed liquid; an inorganic adhesive system is added into the mixed liquid and fully stirred, forming a mixed adhesive; and an aluminium powder is added therein and fully mixed, the slurry is foamed using an inorganic self-foaming system, and prepared into an inorganic cured foam material for surface leaking stoppage in shallow coal seam mining areas.
