abstract Provided is a compound which has an ALXR agonist activity. Specifically, the present invention provides a compound, represented by general formula (I) wherein all symbols have the same meanings as defined in the specification, a salt thereof, a solvate thereof or a prodrug thereof having an ALXR agonist activity, and a preventive and/or therapeutic agent which comprise the above as an active ingredient and are effective for ALXR related diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune disease, chronic inflammatory disease, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, atopic dermatitis, ischemia-reperfusion injury, myocardial infarction or Alzheimer's disease.
