An oral care composition comprises (a) a zinc source selected from the group consisting of zinc citrate, zinc citrate dehydrate, and mixtures thereof; and (b) a surface-active organophosphate compound, wherein the surface-active organophosphate compound is represented by the following general structure: (I), wherein at least one of Z 1 , Z 2 , and Z 3 is an organic moiety selected from the group consisting of C1-C22 linear or branched alkyls and alkenyls; saccharides; polysaccharides; polyols; and polymers. Disclosed are also a method of demonstrating stain-proof efficacy of an oral care composition, a method of demonstrating stain-proof efficacy of an oral care composition, a use of a substrate coated with hydroxyapatite for demonstrating stain-proof efficacy of an oral care composition, a demonstration product comprising a substrate coated with hydroxyapatite and the use of hydroxyapatite in preparing a demonstration product for demonstrating stain-proof efficacy of an oral care composition. |
