abstract The present invention provides a fungus cell transfected with exogenous nucleotide coding sequence of a gamma-carboxylase, a vitamin K reductase, and a vitamin K-dependent polypeptide, wherein the gamma-carboxylase and vitamin K reductase sequences lack an ER retention sequence endogenous to said fungus cell, preferably are free of any fungal ER retention leader sequence.
