abstract |
Disclosed is a high-fluidity PA10T polyamide resin A. The relative viscosity of the PA10T polyamide resin A is 1.2-1.8 in 98% concentrated sulfuric acid at 25°C; the amino end group value of the PA10T polyamide resin A is 20-60 mol/t, and the carboxyl end group value is 70-130 mol/t; and benzoic acid accounts for 2-20 mol% of the repetitive units in the PA10T polyamide resin A. A polyamide composition comprises the following components: 5-29.8 wt% of the PA10T polyamide resin A, 50-94 wt% of a PA10T polyamide resin B, 0.8-40 wt% of a mineral filler and 0.2-1 wt% of other auxiliaries. The PA10T polyamide resin A disclosed in the present invention has a low apparent viscosity and high fluidity under melting conditions; and when a certain proportion of the PA10T polyamide resin A is added into semi-aromatic polyamide, the polyamide composition prepared therefrom has high fluidity and basically equivalent mechanical properties, and can be applied in situations with high dimensional requirements of injection moulded products. |
