abstract The present invention discloses a system (1) of prosthetic attachments for dental implants, comprising an implant support (2) and an implant pillar (3) designed to provide a free alveolar space (5) that promotes clot formation and hence the recovery of the dental alveolus (4). The system (1) of prosthetic attachments for dental plants is designed to reduce the costs and length of time associated with the implantation of a dental implant, and is particularly suitable in the case of immediate implants, in which a prosthetic crown (8) is placed immediately after the implant pillar (3) is placed. The present invention further discloses a use and a method of use of said system (1) of prosthetic attachments for dental implants, which ensure that the advantages of using the system are achieved.
