abstract The present invention relates to a strip for rapid testing having a variable control line, a diagnostic kit including the strip for rapid testing, and a method for qualitative or quantitative analysis of an analyte in a sample by using the same. Since the strip for rapid testing of the present invention has a variable control line, it is possible to overcome a difficulty in quantitative analysis of the analyte due to hook effect and also to conduct highly reliable quantitative analysis as well as qualitative analysis with the naked eye in a simple, rapid manner. Furthermore, there is an effect that the dynamic range of the analyte can be improved by complementary effects of the test line and the variable control line.
