Provided is a heat ray-shielding film that achieves excellent optical properties and high weather resistance using composite tungsten oxide microparticles having a high heat ray-shielding effect while having polyvinyl acetal resin as the main component. Provided is a heat ray-shielding microparticle-containing composition containing composite tungsten oxide microparticles shown by the general formula M y WO Z and having a hexagonal crystal structure, containing a dispersant having a heat decomposition temperature of 200°C or higher having an acrylic structure in the main chain and having an amino group as a functional group, containing at least one type of dispersant having a heat decomposition temperature of 200°C or higher having an acrylic structure in the main chain and having a hydroxyl group or carboxyl group as a functional group, and having a content of organic solvent having a boiling point of 120°C or lower of 5 mass% or less. |
