abstract The present invention relates to: a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating pulmonary fibrosis, containing isothiocyanate-based compounds and a biguanide preparation as active ingredients; a method for preventing or treating pulmonary fibrosis by using the composition; and a use of the isothiocyanate-based compounds and the biguanide preparation for preparing a preparation for preventing or treating pulmonary fibrosis. The pharmaceutical composition containing the isothiocyanate-based compounds and the biguanide preparations as active ingredients according to the present invention stably prevents and treats pulmonary fibrosis, which is conventionally known to have no specific cure, and thus can be widely used to improve health and welfare through treatment of the pulmonary fibrosis.
