abstract The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of formula (I) wherein R 1 is selected from halogen, substituted or unsubstituted C 1 to C 6 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C 1 to C 6 alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted C 1 to C 6 alkinyl, substituted or unsubstituted C 1 to C 6 acyl, C 1 to C 6 haloalkyl, H, NO 2 , OH, SH, NH 2 , C 1 to C 6 alkoxy, CN and N(CH 3 ) 2 , substituents being selected from OH, SH and NH 2 , the term "substituted" providing for 1 or 2 substituents; R 2 is selected from H, substituted or unsubstituted C 1 to C 6 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C 1 to C 6 alkenyl and substituted or unsubstituted C 1 to C 6 alkinyl, substituents being selected from OH, SH and NH 2 , the term "substituted" providing for 1 or 2 substituents; A, B, C and D are independently selected from N and CH; Z is selected from NH, S, CH 2 , a direct single bond, and a direct double bond; V is selected from substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, heteroatoms in said heterocycloalkyl and said heteroaryl being selected from N, O and S, the total number of heteroatoms in said heterocycloalkyl and said heteroaryl being 1, 2, 3 or 4, the term "substituted" providing for 1, 2 or 3 substituents, substituents being selected from d to C6 alkyl, C 1 to C 6 alkenyl, C 1 to C 6 alkinyl, C 1 to C 6 acyl, C 1 to C 6 haloalkyl, NO 2 , OH, SH, NH 2 , C 1 to C 6 alkoxy, CN and N(CH 3 ) 2 ; and m is 0 or an integer selected from 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
