titleOfInvention | Quantitative detection method of crp using immune colloidal gold test plate and biochemical parameter photoelectric detector |
abstract | A biochemical parameter photoelectric detector and a detection method of hypersensitive C-reactive protein. The detector comprises a photoelectric detection unit, a sensing circuit, a control and data processing circuit and a data output unit. The photoelectric detection unit comprises three or more emitting light sources and an optical receiver or comprises an emitting light source and three or more optical receivers, wherein the multiple emitting light sources are arranged to distribute symmetrically around the optical receiver or the multiple optical receivers are arranged to distribute symmetrically around the emitting light source, incident light rays emitted by the multiple emitting light sources or reflected light rays received by the multiple optical receivers form a 45-75° included angle with a plane where a detection area of a test strip plate is located. The photoelectric detector is used for detecting a C-reactive protein immune colloidal gold test strip plate with a sample loaded, and concentration of the C-reactive protein is provided through fitting. The multiple emitting light sources or the multiple optical receivers that are symmetrically distributed achieve a location difference compensation effect, reduce interference brought by location differences of the test strip plate, and improve detection sensitivity. |
