The method comprises: step 1, placing a panel bonding semi-finished product on a tray in a feeding work station; step 2, transferring the tray and the panel bonding semi-finished product to a final-image testing work station through a transferring mechanism; step 3, subjecting the panel bonding semi-finished product to a final-image test, and if the test result is disqualification, ending the detection, or if the test result is qualification, turning to the next step; step 4, transferring the tray and the panel bonding semi-finished product to a final-appearance examining work station; step 5, subjecting the panel bonding semi-finished product undergoing the final-image test to a final-appearance examination, and if the examination result is disqualification, ending the detection, or if the examination result is qualification, turning to the next step; step 6, transferring the tray and the panel bonding semi-finished product to a quality testing work station; step 7, subjecting the panel bonding semi-finished product to a quality test; step 8, transferring the tray and the panel bonding semi-finished product to a packaging work station; and step 9, packaging the panel bonding semi-finished product.
