abstract | The present invention relates to a device for detecting an analyzed object in a specimen and includes: (a) n light source parts consisting of a light source for generating a light; (b) a reaction strip consisting of (i) an inspection region containing a substance for reacting with the analyzed object and illuminated with the light from the light source part, (ⅱ) a contrast region containing a contrast substance and illuminated with the light from the light source part, and (ⅲ) a background region illuminated with the light from the light source part, wherein the inspection region and the background region are illuminated with a single identical light, and the contrast region and the background region are illuminated with a single identical light, the inspection region and the contrast region sharing the background region, and the light for illuminating the inspection region and the background region may be the same as the light for illuminating the contrast region and the background region or not; and (c) at least n+1 photoreception parts for detecting the light emitted from each of the inspection, the contrast and the background region. |
