titleOfInvention Ocular therapy device
abstract The invention relates to an ocular therapy device having a radiation source emitting UV light and an optical imaging system disposed downstream of the radiation source for imaging of a therapy beam coming from the radiation source into an ocular imaging plane, wherein an optical condenser unit is disposed downstream of the radiation source and comprising a diaphragm unit, an optical means for influencing a spatial energy distribution which can be associated with the therapy beam and is oriented along the therapy beam cross-section, and comprising an optical means for influencing a beam form which can be associated with the therapy beam. The invention is characterised in that the means for influencing the energy distribution which can be associated with the therapy beam is a diaphragm produced by means of an etching process or a graticule (33) printed by means of a printing process, a so-called etching diaphragm. The optical means for influencing the beam form which can be associated with the therapy beam comprises at least one aspherical optical lens. At least three spatially separated target light beams are disposed spatially around the therapy beam directed onto the ocular imaging plane, and along each of these target light beams a stenopaeic diaphragm is introduced, of which the diaphragm opening in each case can be imaged by an optical imaging unit into the ocular imaging plane, such that the at least three target light beams imaged into the ocular imaging plane are uniformly distributed on a circular line, the circle diameter of which measures between 3 and 15 mm. Along the therapy beam directed onto the ocular imaging plane a fixing light beam is disposed which is oriented towards the ocular imaging plane and along which a stenopaeic diaphragm is introduced, of which the diaphragm opening can be imaged by means of an optical imaging system into an imaging plane located downstream in the beam direction.
