titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for scheduling stations
abstract A method for scheduling stations is disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: receiving identification information of a neighbor station of a target station reported by the target station, the target station being able to monitor a signal sent from the neighbor station and to demodulate the signal accurately; according to pre-acquired information of a basic service set to which the target station belongs and the identification information, making all the stations included in the basic service set except the neighbor station as latent hidden stations of the target station; according to the transmission strategy currently used by the target station, scheduling both a scheduled station corresponding to the transmission strategy and the target station to transmit data using target mode, wherein the scheduled station includes any one of the following: the neighbor station and the latent hidden station. Accordingly, a related apparatus is also disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The embodiments of the present invention could effectively take advantage of an access point (AP) during data transmission, and thus reduce extra overhead.
