abstract A biocompatible fluorescent mixed gold-silver cluster, preparation method and bioapplication thereof, the mixed gold-silver cluster being represented by general formula (1) [Au x Ag 25-X (R 2 n 3 ) 10 (R 1 ) 5 M 2 ] or general formula (2) [Au x Ag 25-X (R 2 n 3 ) 10 (R 1 ) 5 M 2 ]L Z ; the preparation method comprises: respectively synthesizing a gold nano cluster (intermediate I) protected by organophosphorus, and alkyl silver sulfide (intermediate II); and synthesizing the intermediate I and the intermediate II into a mixed gold-silver cluster, the mixed gold-silver cluster being used in the imaging of cells and biological components.
