abstract | A transparent electrode manufacturing method using a solution process, a transparent semiconductor apparatus employing a transparent electrode, and a manufacturing method for the transparent semiconductor apparatus are disclosed. A transparent electrode is manufactured through the steps of: forming a template having a plurality of trench lines in a substrate; depositing an electrically conductive material so as to fill at least a plurality of trench lines in the template; and removing the template and the conductive material on the template, leaving the conductive material filling the plurality of trench lines. A transparent semiconductor apparatus employing this transparent electrode can be desirably used for a drive unit of a transparent display. |
