abstract |
This cap production method has a cap (1) comprising: a top surface ring section (1b) having an opening (1a) in the center thereof; and a peripheral wall section (1c) vertically installed from the outer perimeter edge section of the top surface ring section (1b) and being directly or indirectly attached to a housing (2). The cap production method is characterized by, when injection molding the cap (1), a molded body being formed by: molten resin being injected from a central gate (G) in a cavity in a disk (7) positioned in the opening (1a) of the top surface ring section (1b); the molten resin being caused to flow radially and fill the cavity in the top surface ring section (1b); and the molten resin being caused to flow and fill the cavity in the peripheral wall section (1c). |
