Also disclosed at the same time are a cell reselection measurement device and a mobile terminal. By adopting the technical solution of the present invention, when the measurement threshold value of the neighbouring cell is not acquired, the message overhead of the mobile terminal is reduced, and the power consumption of the mobile terminal is reduced. |
